Sasha is a program design and leadership development consultant dedicated to creating inclusive, culturally competent organizations. With a career spanning over a decade, she excels at designing and assessing immersive curricula that align individual growth with strategic business relevance. Sasha is a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and trained in Restorative Practices and Intercultural Communication, utilizing these tools to facilitate difficult conversations, foster inclusion, and drive systemic change. Her expertise lies in crafting human-led, data-backed learning environments that not only engage senior audiences but also result in sustainable, equitable leadership pipelines.

Sahib Singh (he/him)
Sahib is an L&D strategist and instructional design leader with over 15 years of experience operationalizing culture at scale. Specializing in high-growth environments, he excels at building the infrastructure required to take boutique learning concepts and deploy them to global workforces. As the Interim Head of Facilitation and Instructional Design at Datadog, Sahib oversaw talent management and led the rollout of DEI and manager development programs for over 5,000 employees. He combines a background in special education with modern corporate strategy to create accessible, data-backed learning ecosystems. Sahib’s expertise lies in scaling mentorship models, integrating AI into curriculum design, and proving the ROI of learning initiatives on employee retention.
